pleasant expirience

<p>I had called many stores about 3weeks ago with regards to a boot i saw on Donna Claire's Facebook's page and I could not get what I wanted.There's a lady by the name of Sandy who stood out of all the calls who answered when I called the Sandton branch she advised they did not have that boot in her store and went out of her way to give me her personal number and asked for description of what I wanted and we chatted via WhatsApp she came back to me with feed back to say it's out of stock as she checked all stores.today I went personally to thank her still she was delightfull and was offering assistance before I could reveal myself to her.She made my experience with the doona brand so great that IL consider the brand amongst the many stores out there .May your staff be deligent and go out of their way like she did.i am delighted.keep up the good work Sandy do to others as you have done to me.</p>
