Pleas can I get a feedback

I was at foschini mams mall to exchange that I got as a gift the pants they dnt fit me I wanted a smaller size or take something else but they refused to help me becoues I dint have the slip I explained to them that it's a gift and the pants are in good condition they also have a tag I called their customer service the lady was very rude saying that they want a slip and the manager at foschini mams mall said he can't help me he was no wearing a uniform no name badge I will never ever shop at foschini
