Phone repair horror

On the 31 of July 2021, I took my phone back to Foschini store at trade route mall Lenasia, my phone was still under warranty till October 2021. On 31July , I returned the phone for repair, it was no longer turning on, I was called on 17th of October and be told that my phone cannot be fixed because it have a dent, I went to shop , we fought and get to an agreement that when I brought the phone was perfect even the report I was given by the person received it confirms. Then they again took it for Repair, today 24 November 2021 I was called to fetched the phone , so I found it not fixed, and missing some accessories. I refuse to take it. I left it .
