Phone not sent away for repairs after 2 months

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a cellphone at Foschini Zevenwacht, I'm still waiting for my phone to be sent away after 2 months. my phone is still in the store, I've been there 3 times already and I've sent an email to their complaints department, but I haven't heard anything back from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a business and this is really inconvenient, I can't run the business without my phone. I asked them to just give me a new phone as this would be the quick solution. I haven't had my phone for as long as it has been in the store, I barely had the phone a month!</p> <p> </p> <p>John Marco</p>
