Phone issues

I bougth 2 cellphones from foschini at Bridge city on August 11 2019 and they told me that if i have any complains i should come back to them then in February 7 2020 i went back to them told them that one of the phones i bought had a problem its not working anymore and they said they will take it for repairs for almost 2 weeks after that they told me that the had water drops that's why the phone is not working anymore, to resolve this matter i was told to pay an amount of R1900, and i refused, and then they told me to pay R320 for refusing to pay that amount of money, then after that i called head office to report this matter,a few days later i contacted foschini again and told me that the phone does not belong to foschini it belongs to 3G, until today i have not received any feedbacks regarding my phone.
