Phone insurance
Hi I bought a phone in 1 of the foschini group stores (American Swiss ) in 2012 I insured the phone. The phone was used by my wife who was then a girl friend. In 2014 the phone was stollen from a taxi while she was going to town. I reported the phone at the store and I was told to bring documents which I did. Up until todate I was never given any phone as a replacement but they're still deducting a monthly amount of R 40.
