Phone insurance.

So I made a review last week on FOSCHINI/TFG Group regarding my phone claim till today they havent called me.

I just called the insurance now and they just put me on hold for 20min after that the guy told me they are waiting for my recording and policy claim while last week they told me they have it.

Bare in mind its 4 weeks waiting now and they never call me, Im the one who has to spend more money to call them and every month they want their money but I dont get a service.

I mean how is it my problem that they waiting for a policy schedule and even if they waiting for it why is it over 4 weeks?

Seriously TFG doesnt care about their customers..

Their headoffice doesnt even care about these reviews they never reply or contact their customers.

I will never ever take any policy or insurance with them.

They dont even care that I pay for 3 phones with them but they threat me like Im a nobody.

I demand a good customer service that I deserve its my money that Im paying to them....
