Phone has been in for repairs for 3 moths now

I took my phone in for repairs at the beginning of February 2015. as per usual we are in April now no one has bothered to let me know what's the problem with my phone. it is appalling that the service at this store is so pathetic. when I asked for a loan phone I was told its out now I have been subjected to not having a phone for months, when I go to the store Rebecca told me that the technicians have been trying to contact me , which confuses me because I don't have a phone ,it is an inconvenience to constantly be dealing with such *********** people , what's worse is that no one seems to care that my phone has been in i don't have any respect for the Foschini group and their employees at all.
