Phone call charges trying to **** on paying more that was paid already

I have been struggling with sorting my account out since the beginning of the year. I made payments to foschini and it was never received. After numerous calls and sending the proof of payments through numerous times it was only sorted out in July. July I had enough and decided to pay the whole account off and close it. Now for some reason I'm being called again for the last 3 months and being charged for those calls. I have asked for the whole statement so I can recon it all so we can check where everything went wrong and sort it out. But this hasnt even been sent to me. Just a monthly statement on sms. I'm refusing to pay this because July I paid it off. I'm also refusing to pay all the phone call charges they are putting on my account cause I paid and sent proof of payments on email. I did my part I'm not paying and keep on paying if work doesn't get done and then more and more. And now my name is looking bad at the credit bureau but I did what I had to do. No help from them.
