I have received a perfume voucher where you select one of the 13 and then you<br> are suppose to select one, then you go to your nearest Fochini store. When i did<br> that there were nothing in store and was told to go to Johannesburg or so to<br> get it there, after I asist they must order it for me they struggle to do so,<br> now after two weeks I MUST phone them everytime and here what is what. Now they<br> told me there area manager is to far from Sandton to fetch it. This is not my<br> problem, if you sell someting and is not in store they must walk that extra mile<br> to get it, i have even phone there complain centre and left thee messeges and<br> not even they phone me back. What must i do no. This parfume was an expensive gift
