My life is on the line here about to be operated on i have no right to call anyone a ***** or stupid however when i keep on repeating myself i don't appreciate it this woman broke al customer service etiquette is that if a customer is mad and they say stupid out or enger u dont say likewise. This lady i have been speaking to her since last week she knows hy health issue i was annoyed by her as i spoke to her last week. You as a store might not care about your customers as it reflects on how they speak to your customer if this is from you as a store i want nothing to do with a business that has a non empathetic staff thank you for destroying my prayer session.
