pension fund

I have resigned on the 2nd of July 2015 and worked my notice...I have completed all documents and even my pension fund too...I was told that my fund would be paid out 6 weeks after leaving the company and now I have been waiting for almost 2 months it is really pathetic because I have to call in all the and use my airtime to follow up and every week I call I've been promised that it will be sorted out the following week . I really don't understand because that is my money and they made a mistake with my documents where I gave and completed all documents . Now I must wait for the whole of September and I'm still waiting for my money to be paid to me they keep on telling me they have high volumes of applications to do where I have left the company in July 2015 already...thy just expect me to just be okay with the fact that they have messed up my paper work when they have messed up my documents I'm really furious about this
