PAYMENTS NOT CORRECTLY UPDATED
I keep on receiving nasty and threatning SMS and phone calls from Foschini that my account is in arrears. This is Incorrect! I paid R700 (more than my due amount) on the 04/02/2016 at Foschini Cresta yet they say the last payment they received from me was in January. What utter rubish! please update your accounts accordingly and stop harrasing me when my account is deligantly paid on time and is up to date. Clearly someone is slepping on the job and not doing their job. I am highly annoyed by such unprofessional behaviour. STOP CALLING ME DURING MY WORKING HOURS FOR YOUR INCOMPETANCE.
