Payment record update

I laid a complaint against Foschini on Hello peter last week and I was promised to receive feedback in 2 days time, 2 days has passed and up to date no one has been in contact with me. This is really annoying as I was hammered and forced to pay ridiculous legal fees and commission fees but now that they have to fix an error from their side investigations that take forever are taking place. Foschini is also aware of the fact that my account was **********ly used and no proof of purchases from my side could be provided when i requested. I paid up all the amounts to clear my name and my credit record. I regret opening an account with them and would not encourage anyone to.
