Payment Process shambles

The online system when trying to purchase a item is, shocking. I have tried countless times to place an order on different payment methods but it never takes me to a payment page. Then you read up on the questions section it tells you to wait 15 minutes and try again. No avail, then not even 5 hours later they cancel your order, that you are trying to desperately pay for, be it via eft or debit card. So what happens when the pricing goes back to normal, I'll be given excuses as to why I just pay the moral price. This is not the first time I have trues to do this. I go back to look up my order number and they have canceled my order once again not even 10'minutes after placing it
