Payment History

Good day<br> <br> My Foschini account got handed over to HTN Attorneys some time back. I finished making payments in May 2015 and requested a credit report sometime in November 2015. Realizing that not all payments were recorded accordingly although I did admit that there were gaps in between but definitely NOT what was reflected on the report. I contacted HTN attorneys on the 23th of November who referred me back to Foschini as they advised that they were only acting as debt collectors. I contacted Foschini H/Q as advised but the consultant who was handling my call (didn't get the name) referred me back to HTN attorneys as they were handling my account. Refusing to do so, I was given their complaints department's email to send my complaint which I did on the 24th of November 2015. Up to date I have received no communication from them whatsoever. I have done my part and paid Foschini Group in full but they refuse to play their part. This is really frustrating as my life is now being kept on hold and I am living at the mercy of Foschini. The payment history Foshini refuses to update makes me look like a bad payer and reflects really badly on my profile.
