Kindly note, however, that my concern has still not been addressed. My concern in this regard is that the payment information on my credit report reflect \non-payment"on some months whereas payment was received by HTN Attorneys/Foschini in the said/particular months as indicated on the statement of account and proof of payments made available to HTN Attorneys by my company. My credit report still indicate that payment was missed for +180 days throughout the months which proves that HTN Attorneys/Foschini failed to send updates to credit bureaus regarding payments received on my account. HTN Attorneys and Foschini have failed and inconvenienced me in this regard. Kindly note that I agreed to settle this account because I wanted to clear my name as purchases made on this account were **********. If my query is ignored I will do anything possible to seek justice and expose HTN Attorneys and Foschini for unfair business. I have suffered enough already in paying for ********** purchases in this account and I cannot continue to suffer even after settling the debt. If this matter is not resolved in the next two days"
