Payment arrangements

I have been trying several times to get hold of foschini group regarding my account I have send several email to make payment arrangements but never got a reply I'm currently on maternity i received a letter from starting that I need to pay a minimum of 315 or else I will be handed over I payed 700 this month strange enough I got a call from the lawyers stating I have been handed over I spoke to a person by the name!e of pienaar I told him I'm maternity and I have already paid 700 and he was so rude telling me I have to pay full amount I explained to him I'm on maternity I dnt understand why was I handed over whereas I tried making arrangements but never got respond how does one get handed over whereas she tried to make arrangements but never got a response I will never advice anyone to take an account with u guys I want the lawyers to stop calling me cause I did not make any agreements with them and they should stop calling my family looking for me I did not run away I am paying my account foschini failed to meet my requirements for making arrangements with them I was trying to avoid this but then they handed me over just like that now my name is damaged because of such why do u put email saying if one wants to make arrangements they can send an email then they don't reply I cuddnt call as I don't have money to call I'm using free WiFi now I! Very very disappointed with forchini group
