payment arrangement letter

I am sooo frustrated with the store as I am not getting assistance. I need a payment arrangement letter as my employer needs it URGENTLY,,! I have been calling in to the call centre,was transferred from one department to another with no assistance, I even went to the 2 branches, first the one in Randburg Square and then the other in North gate mall but still was not assisted. I am aware that my account is in arrears coz i lost my job but now have found employement but my employer needs it or else my contract will be cancelled.I am @ whits end and disappointed with the service I received! You guys are quick at reminding me about payments andover due amounts,but not assisting with a letter,how will I pay this account if I loose my this contract?! I want to pay this account and close it as well.<br> <br> <br> <br>
