Payment Arrangement
<p>I phoned Foschini this morning for a payment arrangement re my account. I was given a number for Shrives attorneys. I contacted them and they refused to be of help to me. According to them i only have two options to pay the account. Either settle in full or sign a debit order for them to deduct installments. I asked if i cannot pay via EFT monthly but according to them that is not acceptable. I phoned Foschini again to ask for a arrangement directly with them. I was given 2 numbers for their recovery Dept but none of the numbers are working. How can i get this sorted? I refuse to work with the attorneys as the lady had a rude attitude and did not even try to assist me. </p>

Unfortunately nothing has been done re my query. Foschini choose to once again set their rude Debt Collectors on me and i was threatend once again. I send and email to Rozanne Ovies on the 5/05 right after the call from the Dept Collectors requesting someone from Fosch phone me and i will gladly make an arrangement with them for payment, but i have recieved no response. So no i will just not pay anything seeing as they do not want the payments.
