Pay my money back

I’m being charged for things I never signed up for on my account, things I don’t even know. I keep on paying every month but the balance is not moving, just to realise that there are charges that I don’t know about, when I called they told me that I agreed on a phone for the optional magazines and what’s not, I asked for the recorded call and no one is getting back to me after even after calling back again. They have been charging me since December 2021 and I want my money back
