Pathetic Shocking service.

So on the 8th of November I placed an order for Kevin Murphy Shampoo and Hair loss vitamins that someone else is now using!!!!! I finally got my waybill number on Wednesday and traced my parcel just to find out it was delivered on the 16 November. The person who signed used my moms nickname Elize to sign but actually my moms name is Elizabeth. This parcel has not been delivered at our house. I called the courier company and they told me it was delivered. Nothing was delivered!!!! The lady said she would contact the branch in Alexandria but never did. Someone else is using my shampoo now. I placed another order yesterday what if that order gets delivered to someone elses house as well. Foschini always uses Ram. Stop with the local couriers and use Ram for deliveries. Till this day the courier never contacted me.
