PATHETIC SERVICE (terrible is an understatement)
<p>The most pathetic experience ever with the most *********** staff. Foschini, Ive called on numerous occasions( more than 10 times) only to be put on hold by unprofessional and impolite customer care agents who think that they are doing me a favor by transfering my call. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY AND THEIR INCONSIDERATE EMPLOYEES. This is the second complaint about this company. Its clear that they have no morals and values. </p>
