Pathetic service - Kolonnade branch
<p>The Foshini branch in Kolonnade centre's service delivery is so poor they can might as well close it. How can I support a franchise that offer me no customer service. There is hardly if ever any cashiers available at the clothing section and the "beauty consultants" at the cosmetic section will rather stand and punch their zits than to assist or call extra help at the paypoints (each time I stand about 10-15min in line JUST TO PAY MY ACCOUNT. Each time I pay my account I swear myself I am closing it as soon as it is settled, do not want to support a company which clearly does not need my money and my customer experience is horrid after each visit. Feels as if I am paying to employ even more useless staff. This branch's service deteriorates with each week passing by.</p>
