Pathetic service from online order
I placed an order exactly one week ago with Foschini and my order still shows as processing... i called in and laid a compliant with the online department but have received no feedback since then. Standard delivery is 3-5days and its been way longer than that. This makeup was supposed to have been used for a function this weekend amd ive had to go spend cash on another brand at another store!! Very very disaappinted with this pathetic level of service.
