Pathetic Service from New Accounts

I recently submitted an application for a Totalsport account with TFG under their black Friday promo. When i called in to find out how far my application was I was told that its provisionally approved and I need to forward documents, so I told them I was not informed about it. After sending these docs I called again to check if all was in order. I was told my application was with forensics to do bank checks etc. Then 3 days later with verification (Friday 8th) A lady in new accounts told me its takes 3 -5 days to process and she has escalated the application. Saturday I receive an sms to say my Card is ready and I should sent my payslip yet again (3rd time not sure why they needed to see the same document so many times)- or go in store. Get to MOA TS and ask for my card thats "ready" to be told that means that they still processing and verification's were not done and a manager will call me to inform me why its not done etc (still waiting for that call) This morning I called in and spoke to Conduce Classens and she told me a different story. The application goes through stages and it will be done when its done and not within the 3-5 day period as I was previously told. So i must wait until they go through the queue each time they ask you for the same documents. And they will let me know when they done as thats how they work. I'm told, Sometimes cards get approved faster (like within a day) sometimes it takes time as each section is done in its own time. And Mrs Classen is not sure who gave me wrong information about the processing time but I should wait and they will get back to me maybe today or maybe by the end of the week she doesn't really know as it takes as long as it takes.

Really TFG - is that how your process works? With all the technology in this world you still processing things like its 1994? So each time I call in i'm told a different story on how your process works. Why are some cards approved in a day and others will take as long as it takes... ? Cant do the same for each application? Too much to ask to get it done faster?
