Pathetic service from manager

With reference to the case number CS-360787 regarding the complaint that I logged on Hellopeter, I would like to confirm that this issue has not been resolved. Oh my goodness, if I have to express how infuriating the Manager of Foschini Alberton made me yesterday taking about things she did not know and worse acting as if she doing me a favour by calling me when she did not even give me a resolution. For a whole store Manager to drop a call on a customer not only reflects badly on their managerial skills and lack of customer service to say the least but also very appauling service and no problem solving at all into the matter. I am irate and am escalating this issue. If this is the service that my mother has had to endure for being your customer shame on you.
