Pathetic service from Foschini Pavillion

I have been following up on my cellphone insurance claim and have not been getting any assistance what so ever . I have been to the shop twice already and the one time the person dealing with the insurance was not there. On the Sat I went I dealt with Nondumiso who is the lady that deals with the insurance but said she could not find my voucher but will call Monitor and call me back! Till today Nondumiso has never bothered to call me for an update. Prior to that another lady as well had said she was gonna call me but never! Im so ****ed off to be running after people who should be employed to do their work!
