Pathetic Service from Foschini Cresta

Pathetic service from Foschini Cresta Branch. I bought a trouser at Foschini cash, I worn the trouser once and Its torn and it's also loose because the material stretches.

I went to Foschini Cresta mall and I was told by the Branch Manager Muhle that she cannot take back a trouser that Is worn. Avoiding the issue that it was torn. Firstly I had to wear the trouser for me to see if it fits, it doesn't fit and now they are refusing to take it back.

Foschini is selling bad quality hence why their trousers gets torn. Clearly when you buy an item at foschini you must still take it to the tailor.
