Pathetic service

If I could give zero stars I would have! I opened a new account and got all my vouchers mid of May telling me I have to use it by mid of June (Normally at other shops you get a voucher a month). So foshini expect people to spend over R5000 to get their vouchers in one month! The service is pathetic! I tried going to the shop and phoning customer services and yet nobody can help me with my queries. Nobody is replying my emails and its dead ends everywhere. I am just so fed up. If I knew what a pathetic team is running foschini with no care about their customers I would have NEVER opened an account with them. Rather go and spend your money where people care about their customers
