Pathetic service @ Foschini

This company is the pits! I have been receiving sms's on a regular basis for a lady customer of theirs about promotions and outstanding balances. No opting out, calls to Customer services etc. has been able to get my number off their list. The absolute pinnacle has been their call center/sales agents who were rude and put the phone down in my ear when I tried to explain my plight to them. Great way to obtain new clients in this economy. I will spread the word - for what it is worth... Pathetic service.
