Pathetic Service

Good day ,

Kindly note that I purchased a device form one of your Foschini Clearwater store and a month later the sim card has still not been RICAed after a THE LADY BY THE NAME OF PORTIA advised me that it will be activated after 24-48hours.

Note that I called the below numbers on numerous occasions and the call was not answered. I need to know if the SIM card has been registered or not ! The service received from the Foschini group lately is pathetic and I am slowly considering to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT !

I called the following numbers :

*** –Foschini Clearwater mall *** -Makrams – a very rude staff member , did not want to assist by transferring me to the Foschini store after I called the complaints line and a guy by the name of Tristan advised me that they will be able to transfer me , yet to my surprise I was told that I cannot be transferred to the store !

I need the SIM card to be registered as promised and would like for you to place the correct numbers on your websites ! Also train your staff of your origination to have telephone etiquette , all the staff members at ALL your STORES HAVE HORRIBLE attitudes !
