<p>i have always been a loyal account holder for the past 20 yrs, now i will not condiser shopping at this store again. i made a payment in March i made a payment of R1000 had a balance of 217 left. i was called and told my account was in arrears of 120. How can your blacklist someone surely you can tell who are good paying customers and not. i was declined by Identity for a new account. i am highly annoyed. This account was paid up please remove my name from itc and close this account. </p>
