PATHETIC SERVICE
YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC !!!! You agents know nothing about customer service.
I placed my order on the 28th on November and till today there's no movement or update on my order.
I called your customer service number and i spoke with an agent that was so *********** and unprofessional and couldn't tell me why there's no movement or update on my order.
I WANT MY ORDER BY FRIDAY OR ELSE YOU CAN CANCEL IT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!

You sent me an sms last night that i will be refunded but had the nerve to charge me for shipping when my items were not shipped.
You sent me sent an email and another sms to say my items are out for delivery
i called your customer service line and u spoke with a guy named Riyaaz who said he's not sure about what's going on.
I want the regional manager from Foschini(Jaco Erasmus )to call me and explain what the **** is going on in this company!!
