Pathetic service

I was just in the America Swiss store in bellville, where I asked to be put through to the insurance department. Two minutes on the line and someone drops the call. Tried again, and I'm told that I need to speak to someone in customer service. Then that call gets dropped as well. Ridiculous. 20 minutes wasted. I would like for someone to call me back, since it is so difficult to get a hold of your department's.
