Pathetic Service

I logged a query on the 31/08/2017. Fochini group has not updated Transunion and Experian that this account has been closed. Transunion sent a dispute email to TFG on 23/08/2017 and todate they have not received any feedbck from the fochini group. Despite sending numerous emails to TFG they have NOT responded positively to my emails or even showing any attempt to help resolve this matter. Because of TFG matter not resolved from 2015, I am not able to apply for credit!!!!! This is the most despicable service I have ever receievd.
