Pathetic online services

TFG online shopping is pathetic, package do not get delivery within the timelines as advertised on their website. The online customer care do not pick up the phone when inquiring and they do not respond to email requests. I cant trace what has happened to my parcel on their website.. I would not recommend anyone to purchases any products using TFG online.
