PATHETIC FOSHINI THE MALL KINGWILLIAMSTOWN

Was at the Foshini in the MALL KINGWILLIAMSTOWN today the person working at the makeup and Fragrance part of the the store extremely rude wanted to test a fragrance opened the drawers were the fragrance was but was confronted by an extremely rude consultant who stated it was because of people like me the store was losing money i continued to ask if those smaller perfumes in the drawer was for sale all she said was that not how you do things bear in mind at that time I did not see any consultant in the area for the first time in my life i felt like a ***** I'm not sure what it means because of people like me the business is losing money atleast put signs how was i supposed to know we are not allowed to opened the drawers the tone and attitude of that particular consultant PATHETIC shame on you not everyone is a ***** some of us have the money to buy those fragrances so disappointed during this encounter with this extremely rude individual my wife was with me it sad in this day age in such a business us as customers has to deal with such poor behavior like you doing us a favour
