Pathetic customer service & misleading discounts

Was at the Foschini La Lucia branch. Signs was by perfume 25% off selected Yardley fragrances. Chose the 2 fragrances next to the sign, then at till the cashier says sorry this is not on promotion. Yet the sign was right next to the item. Totally misleading. Was very upset & waste of my time to go into that store. The discount should have been honored because you had a discount sign by the products.
