Pathetic customer service FOSCHINI Mokopane

I went to FOSCHINI Mokopane yesterday to buy leggings, so the leggings had a sticker On that when you buy two u get 25% off ,when u buy 3 you get 33% off, so I bought two n one jeggins, so when I got home I noticed the discount was not app****, so today I went back to return the jeggings and I ask about the discount that was not taken off, they told me it was a last year special, an worst part the manager was standing while I was complaining but she didn't even said anything, actually she discussing about it with another staff member, so I told the cashier to leave n I left. The manager doesn't not have customer service, I don't like this FOSCHINI coz most of their staff members are not friendly at all more especially the cosmetic staff they are worse. The lady who helped she was friendly but I could see she don't know what to do while the manager was just standing having chat rather than helping.
