Pathetic customer service foschini cresta

The service at foschini cresta branch has been totally pathetic, with false promises from the staff which they dont deliver. Since last year 2019 im waisting my petrol going up and down 2foschini cresta branch in order to get the perfume i want from 1 of those deluxe fragrance gift voucher boxes which i purchased. The staff keeps on giving me excuses about due to lockdown etc etc its been difficult to get the specific perfume which ive selected from the options given.apparently its difficult to get the 150ml of fragrance as advertised.when asked why then they cant give me the 100 ml bottle and the 50ml bottle they responded with some dumb answer that its not allowed because its not on promotion like that...i have left my number with them several times with promises that theyl try and locate the 150ml fragrance for me and contact me,.which just never follows through.when i go to the store,its the same old same old **** story they give me with empty promises of calling me to let me know..
