Pathetic customer service Foschini

Really pathetic service received from the Foschini Group. They blocked my account while I was in store with my I.d and sent a ***** alert message to my phone. I have tried resolving this numerous times. The forensics department is a joke. Because of the alert I can't receive statements but I am expected to pay my account!! Furthermore I don't usually go into stores and was asked to email my I.d and bank statements which I thought was invasive but got no assisted.

The Foschini group bombards a person with about 10 phone calls a day trying to sell various products. Since the account is blocked I have received none.

Think it is best to close this account since they are of no assistance to me in resolving this issue which some *********** person has caused.
