Pathetic customer service

Now that businesses are back to normal they are calling us to make payments towards our accounts. We leave work a little early so that we can make it before 17h00 however when I got to the Kwa Dukuza (Stanger) they closed their doors at 16h00. Please can these times be verified because the staff in Kwa Dukuza (Stanger) always seem to have an attitude and their service is pathetic.
