PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have since Monday been trying to sort out my contact details for online shopping purposes, I called customer service, then i was told to go into a store then i was told to send through bank statements and id and i called again today and nobody can still assist. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is this.!!!!!!!!!I am so livered that what you call customer services is actually a line that frustrates a client even more
