Pathetic customer service

<p>It is with great disappointment that I have to report the Eikestad Mall, Stellenbisch Foschini store. I have been shopping there for years and the customer service have downgraded to an intolerable level and its downright pathetic. Shop stewarts are too busy talking to each other and making conversation to actually do their job and assist the customers. I have experienced this on more than one occassion. As if this is not bad enough, I tried to enter the store on 1 May at 13:30, it was a public holiday and the store was supposed to close at 14:00. I was refused entry and was told that they are closed. Same thing today. I entered at 17:00 and left around 17:30, the malls shopping hours are until 18:00. I tried to exit the store via the donna claire exit, but the doors were already closed and I had to use another exit. These shop assistants makes the shopping experience unbearable and I would rather shop somewhere else than set a foot there again. </p>
