Pathetic customer service
Foschini has been advertising Urban Decay products on their website which ive been trying to purchase for the past 3days with my store card for a wedding taking place this week and it does not go through!!! Went to Mall of Africa store and was told to go to Sandton, only to be told the Sandton store does not stock Urban Decay products,its just the Urban Decay flagship store!
