Pathetic Customer service

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against the Foschini branch in Parow Centre. As a loyal customer I normally shop online and get my mom to collect my parcels as I have a disability and I give the pargo code and my ID copy. It has never been an issue in the past as 90% of the time I shop online but when my mom collected today they refused to give the parcel. The store manager is Celeste and the employee that always assisted my mom in collecting my parcel’s name is Byron.

This is very poor pathetic customer service which I have never received before and it’s an item I need for Tuesday. Store collections are easier and faster deliver that door to door.

Please sort out this matter as I will not leave it like this and I will go to Hellopeter 👎🏽🥺

Teach the staff at that branch customer service as I too work in retail.
