Pathetic communication

I had paid my Foschini account as normal via EFT on the 26/03/2015. This account is paid duely every month before the 1st of the month. <br> <br> Something has changed within the organisation and for some reason my latest payment was not picked up, so as any normal NON-DEFAULTING individual, i emailed my proof of payment to a number of email address's within the TFG group. <br> <br> Despite doing this, i have received repeated calls on a weekly/daily basis asking for my payment, every time it's the same repeated explanation until this morning, guess what i receive a call from the PRE-LEGAL department!!! <br> <br> IS there any internal communication within this organisation???? obviously NOT!!! I am a regular payer and good customer and i do not expect to be treated like a common defaulter!!!!!
