Pathetic client service-no feedback!!!

I'm an ex employee of tfg, awaiting my retirement fund payout. I've resigned on the 12'th Jan 2016, I was told to provide a bank statement, copy of my id and filled in forms to be submited to HR retirement fund. I was told by my ex supervisor that the payout would take approximately 6-8 weeks. On the 24'th of Feb 2016, I recieved the very same forms via post to fill out requesting again for my bank statement and copy of my Id and for the 2'nd time I provided the company with my personal details. I've tried making contact with the retirement fund department but 1 is always lucky enough only to get voicemail and no response when leaving voice msgs as they require u to. On the 4'th March 2016 I returned home after 2 weeks training with my new employer. I decided to call tfg retirement fund on the very same day upon my return home jst after 1 pm and eventually got hold of Wade, who told me my docs have been processed and the other forms were for back up. It's been exactly 2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days, I've left numerous voice messages along with my email address yet no response 2 this very day!!! Extremely unprofessional and do not inform and add value to resolve queries! ***
