Pathetic

How pathetic is TFG! My statement is up to date and when I requested for a recent statement with a recent date to use as proof of address, they said that they cannot assist me because this is dependant on their system. So do I have to purchase on my account in order to get an updated statement if the balance is 0? They need to review their system and provide better customer service!
